Admission is carried out through an Entrance Test which happens in May every year, undertaken by the IP university. Based on a student's ranking, he may enroll in any one of the Affiliated institutes, of which Amity Law School is one.

Eligibility:
 
Prospective students should have passed, with at least 50% marks in aggregate with English as a compulsory subject in any of the following examinations:-

i) Senior School Certificate Examination (Class XII) of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)
ii) An examination recognized as equivalent to the Senior School Certificates Examination of the CBSE.

The Candidate should be below 21 years of age on 1st August.
 
Process:
 
Admissions are conducted through a Combined Entrance Test, held by GGS Indraprastha University in May every year.
The Entrance test has the following subjects:
  • English comprehension
  • Current Affairs/General Knowledge
  • Legal Awareness
  • Reasoning and Analytical Ability

Past year papers may be obtained from the University upon payment for the same.

Intake:

The annual intake of Amity Law School Delhi is 160 for the LLB (honours)programme, through the IP University CET Merit list.

Reservation:

State/University Reservation policies apply for a maximum of 10% seats. Eight (8)seats are reserved for admission through the management quota, the candidates for which are selected ONLY from within the merit list.
